In this role, you are an architect of change. You will be connected to all internal teams (sales, solutions engineering, and product), partnering with customers to accelerate their decarbonization strategies.
You'll champion customer value, targeting some of the largest CRE companies in the world. The ideal candidate will strategize effectively, integrate operations and finance, and act swiftly. They must engage with stakeholders at all levels to create champions and advance relationships.
We need somebody with a sustainability consulting background. You'll guide large CRE companies and executive sustainability personas through the customer journey.
Our client has a strong brand and actual use cases. It delivers value and supports the built environment's sustainability goals with some of North America's largest asset managers and CRE portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and onboarding for new customers.
- Help customers maximize their use of our technology.
- Handle commercial negotiations, including renewals and expansions.
- Provide customer feedback to improve our product.
- Grow the customer base from existing partners.
- Create resources like user guides and newsletters.
What You Bring
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems & smart building/ESG technologies.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience with REIT's looking to drive sustainability initiatives.
- Exceptional drive, ownership, and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A growth mindset and commitment to improvement.
- Experience in commercial roles with revenue responsibility.
