Job Overview:The Gilded Teafling is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to help build out and lead our new e-commerce fulfillment center in Snohomish county! As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fulfillment operations, including: inventory management, order fulfillment, and team leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
- Oversee inventory control and accuracy through regular audits
- Lead a team of warehouse associates with professionalism and empathy to meet productivity and quality goals
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise
- Implement, manage, and improve our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to walk up to 2 miles per day and lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
