Train alongside our current Director to gain valuable insights and ensure a smooth transition
Oversee the quality of our programs, making learning an exciting adventure
Achieve enrollment goals by building strong relationships with families
Bring creative ideas to life in our classrooms
Ensure our center remains a secure and welcoming for all
Lead and support a fantastic group of educators
Maintain all regulatory and licensing standards to keep us shining bright

Your Special Skills & Qualities

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education
PA Director’s Credential, required
At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
Outstanding relationship builder within community
Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
