Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator III will serve as a logistics subject matter expert, ensuring efficient and compliant shipping and receiving operations, while supporting internal and external audits, resolving discrepancies, and providing training and cross-functional support.
Responsibilities
Common responsibilities are but not limited to
- Subject Matter Experts with Internal/External audits.
- Including Financial audits.
- Oversee and resolve daily shipping and or receiving discrepancies.
- Oversee the daily shipping/receiving functions.
- Subject matter expert when training of new Logistic associates.
- Support management with investigating Non-Conformances, Corrective/Preventative Actions and Field assurance complaints.
- Perform/Oversee completion of all housekeeping tasks.
- Take calls for the department.
- Cross function support within shipping/receiving.
Shipping Responsibilities are not limited to
- Fully proficient with International distribution of finished goods.
- Complete Human Tissue orders (Via FedEx/UPS and Freight Forwarder)
- Complete Medical Device orders (complete SED/SLI)
Receiving Responsibilities are not limited to
- Oversee that all products are correctly received and re-stacked product per SOP.
- Oversee that all products are correctly labeled per procedure (in-receipts/quarantined).
- Oversee that reports/allocations are completed in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma, some collegiate education preferred.
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Computer skills (Microsoft suites, SAP).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed and organized.
- Ability to lift 70lbs several times a day.
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM.
