A leading HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services provider is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics General Manager to oversee warehouse operations, material handling, and fabrication coordination for construction projects. This role ensures efficient workflows, on-time deliveries, and high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, and material deliveries.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to maintain a productive work environment.
- Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate materials between the warehouse, fabrication shop, and job sites.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and vendors to align logistics with company goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven warehouse and logistics management experience in the mechanical industry.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and fabrication environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
