Who We Are Looking For:
Concept One Accessories is currently seeking a Product Development Assistantfor our Licensed Accessories to work at our New York City office. We are a team of enthusiastic professionals that contribute to leading top national brands and retailers. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members and Graphic Designers, and see all stages from design to development to production. The ideal candidate will be serious about having a career, not just a job.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and support the day to day tasks of the product development team as needed
- Assist in reviewing/approving incoming samples, dips, and all design related submits
- Organize and maintain a neat and easily accessible materials and sample library
- Assist in the tracking, receiving and sending of design & development-related packages
- Assist in creation of seasonal PowerPoint Presentations and Product Catalogs
- Assist in creating trend decks
- Manage and track all customer and meeting samples requested for area of responsibility
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field (design, merchandising, product development) is a plus
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional
- Self-motivated and ability to thrive in fast paced environment
- Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with multiple team members with a positive team player attitude
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Exceptional attention to product details
