Title: User Experience Designer, Aroris Health

Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic, data driven, and results-oriented UX Designer to translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions for our new Aroris360 SaaS platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of building an AI enabled product and UX function from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders, including product, engineering, and customer facing teams in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts.
- Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests to validate solutions.
- Create iterative designs that meet product objectives and respond to feedback and usability testing.
- Support and collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Articulate strategy and data behind design decisions and participate in regular reviews.
- Be an advocate for the user throughout all product discussions.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience, including experience with user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and solution validation/testing.
- Crafted healthcare, finance, or similar B2B SaaS workflow product experiences using human centered design.
- Experience using both qualitative and quantitative research to justify design decisions, including contextual inquiries, guided explorations, and usability testing.
- Proficient in developing IA and user flows using Visio, Omnigraffle, Figma, or similar tools.
- Skilled in the UX process, including interaction design documents including user journeys, workflow analysis, task flows, conceptual models, competitor analysis, heuristic analysis, and annotated wireframes.
- Ability to quickly produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, wireframes, and other artifacts.
- Proficient in designing high-fidelity mocks in Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape current and future designs.
- Experience establishing best practices and improving processes.

- Experience within healthcare, specifically with providers/administrators, health plans, or revenue cycle management workflows.
- Experience creating and managing UI pattern libraries and interaction guidelines, including building and implementing a design system.
- Experience partnering with 3rd party research firms.
