Job Description
Hybrid Role: 2 Days in office
Responsible for assisting the VP, Population Health; with a focus on communications and oversight
of healthcare-based projects.
- Provides a wide range of support, including composing and editing letters, memoranda, newsletters, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Reviews, assesses, routes, answers, and monitors follow-up action steps.
- Gathers and analyzes information required for administrative reporting.
- Attends committee meetings and transcribes minutes.
- Facilitates project and report completion by following up on results and missing documentation.
- Supports inter-departmental activities and communications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, including at least one year with a healthcare organization, required.
- Project management skillset.
- Strong aptitude in document management, spreadsheets, graphics, and presentation software.
- Highly proficient in grammar, spelling, and punctuation, with a strong ability to write and edit content.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies as they are implemented in the organization.
The hourly rate range for this role is $21.00- $27.00hr in base pay. in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% .The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
