As a Data Entry Clerk, you will work closely with various departments to gather necessary information, process incoming data, and assist in reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into various databases and systems.
- Verify and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling data from different sources.
- Respond to data inquiries from various departments and provide assistance as needed.
- Update and correct data entries as needed, based on feedback and audits.
- Organize and maintain documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with data entry software and databases, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
