Job Summary (User Experience Digital Designer - UX/UI Designer)

Location & Contract: 4-month hybrid contract in Boston, MA (Lexington); local candidates only.

Pharmaceutical industry Exp.

USC, GC, EAD Only

Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital design or related field.
Tools: Expert in FIGMA; proficiency with Miro, Axure, and design systems.

Responsibilities

Assess current web experiences for Health Care Providers (HCPs) and consumers.
Conduct user interviews and discovery to identify needs and pain points.
Analyze web analytics and user data to pinpoint challenges.
Create and refine user personas, flows, sitemaps, and scenarios.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user testing.
Design simple, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex business logic.
Utilize and recommend improvements to existing design systems.
Enhance information architecture and user flows based on research.
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, research, and external agencies.
Gather and apply user feedback to future design iterations.
Partner with market research teams to test and validate prototypes.
