Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, including: providing administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting with executive administrative responsibilities, and performing clerical duties. The role involves ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team in their activities.
Qualifications
- Possess skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous
