Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations, with a strong emphasis on data entry, answering payroll inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal staff via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain organized records and assist with filing and documentation.
- Support office functions, including scheduling, supply management, and filing.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure smooth administrative and payroll processes.
- Translate documents or communications as needed to support bilingual employees or clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong data entry and typing skills with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and basic understanding of payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR, or payroll department
