Description:
- The IT Delivery job is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, programs, and portfolios. The job leads projects, programs, portfolios or leads an Agile ART or several agile teams, through the systems development life cycle from planning through hyper care, working in close partnership with IT and business leaders including executive sponsors. The work also includes leading, collaboration, coaching team members and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Create and maintain project budgets
- Build strong project teams
- Manage and organize project teams to support project needs
- Manage projects to successfully meet business requirements and outcomes? Plan and run test plans
- Create work break down structures to support project delivery and track plan
- Use level of efforts to assist in developing project budgets
- Manage project progress and create effective status reports
- Manage all required project documentation per PMO standards
- Define, drive test metrics and monitor testing to ensure testing is completed per project schedule
- Define resource plan and manage throughout project life cycle
- Time Management: Define activity, Sequence activity, Estimate the duration of activity
Education & Credentials- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
- Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification
- Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Safe Agilist in Leading Safe
Required Experience and Skills- 5+ years leading system development or relevant IT work experience

Minimum Qualifications- Ability to develop a team environment with Agile delivery values
- Experience managing small to medium projects across multiple functions is preferred

- Experience managing and mentoring project management staff including providing stretch opportunities and coaching to develop team and deliver results
- Experience successfully coordinating business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources
- Experience developing new ideas and proposing innovative solutions to problems
- Demonstrates ability to use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business/product area
- Demonstrates ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality and diverse relationships to drive outcomes
- Demonstrates ability to provide candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner
- Proven record of keeping leadership actively informed and cascading decisions made quickly
- Proven experience using multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
Scrum Master Responsibilities- Proven track record of managing impediments that exceed the self-organizing capabilities teams and drives the achievement of Sprint Goals
- Experience in participating in sprint planning, design, coding, unit testing, sprint reviews
- Demonstrates ability to recognize healthy team conflicts and promotes constructive disagreement
- Showcases abilities to be disruptive enough to enforce a change within the organization
- Understands the power of self-organization and how to encourage it
- Experience with steady sprint cadence and works to create and maintain it

Specialized Skills and Technologies- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) along with knowledge of various delivery methodologies like Waterfall versus Agile etc.? Experience in managing technical Projects
- Knowledge in Process Optimization and elimination of waste
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience supporting risk assessment through evaluation of the overall project and provide recommendations for project effectiveness
- Experience in Version One
