Job Summary:
Associate Brand Manager plays a key role in building and executing brand strategies, optimizing online sales channels, and driving customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce brand management and marketing. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to enhance market positioning and customer engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, including Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and optimize online advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
- Manage content, SEO, and conversion rate optimization strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Manage and collaborate with marketing agencies to ensure alignment with brand goals, provide strategic direction, give constructive feedback, and ensure accountability for performance and results.
- Support email marketing efforts, including campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and performance analysis, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling product listings and A+ content.
- Support new product launches, including market research, positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements in formulation, packaging, and messaging.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to leadership.
- Work closely with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Partner with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach and credibility.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce brand management or digital marketing- preferably in the nutraceutical or health & wellness industry.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and the nutraceutical industry is a plus
