This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with experience in offsite event planning, managing complex calendars, and providing high-level administrative support. What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute offsite meetings and events with logistical excellence
- Provide full-spectrum administrative support to an individual or team
- Coordinate complex calendars, travel, meetings, and team activities
- Proactively anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain seamless operations
- Create and maintain polished presentations, reports, budgets, and other documentation

- A master planner with experience in offsite event coordination
- Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and act without being asked
