ElevaIT Solutions is looking for a Distribution Supervisor to lead and inspire our warehouse team at our Clinton, PA facility. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where leadership, problem-solving, and people development are key.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coach a team in daily warehouse operations
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ensure productivity through smart task assignment and process management
- Provide performance feedback and training
- Support team growth through succession planning and development.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
- Leadership or coaching experience
- Succession planning experience is a plus
- High school diploma required (degree preferred, but not required)
Location: Clinton, PA
Shift: 2nd Shift (Start between 2:30–3:00 PM | Mon–Fri)
