ElevaIT Solutions is looking for a Distribution Supervisor to lead and inspire our warehouse team at our Clinton, PA facility. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where leadership, problem-solving, and people development are key.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and coach a team in daily warehouse operations
Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ensure productivity through smart task assignment and process management
Provide performance feedback and training
Support team growth through succession planning and development.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
Leadership or coaching experience
Succession planning experience is a plus
High school diploma required (degree preferred, but not required)

Location: Clinton, PA

Shift: 2nd Shift (Start between 2:30–3:00 PM | Mon–Fri)

Interview Process: Onsite interview with hiring manager + panel
