Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across the organization. This role plays a key part in supporting company-wide initiatives, assisting with event coordination, and managing critical processes such as client onboarding and CRM updates. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Company-Wide Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative assistance to various departments across the company.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external activities.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications.

Client & Operational Support:

Assist with the client PSA (Professional Services Agreement) process, including document preparation, tracking, and follow-up.
Maintain accurate client information in the CRM; update records and track key activities as needed.
Generate and analyze basic reports in Excel to support team decision-making and performance tracking.
Support onboarding processes for new clients and internal team members.

Event Coordination Assistance:

Partner with the corporate team to support planning and logistics for internal meetings, trainings, and client-facing events.
Assist with vendor coordination, event materials, scheduling, and participant communications.
Help ensure smooth execution of events, both virtual and in-person.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role; exposure to CRM systems and client-facing processes preferred.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, basic data analysis).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
Clear communicator with professional written and verbal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
