We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficiency in inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our warehouse/yard, optimizing workflows, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role involves ensuring that robotic components, finished products, and other materials are stored and distributed efficiently while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and investigates system transactions, inventory, and data entry to ensure accuracy
- Problem-solving; identifies and resolves issues related to inventory discrepancies or order fulfillment
- Perform full Warehouse inventory counts and weekly cycle counts in the warehouse
- Performs Packing. Un-Packing and Quality Control on all robots
- Manage the slow/overstock and non-moving inventory through generated reports to limit any potential loss
- Receive and inventory replenishment truck orders from manufacturers/vendors pick and load returns
- Assists supervisor in resolving discrepancies between production and warehouse
- Coordinates intermediate product shipments
- Conducts cross-functional, cross-business communication and coordination with all manufacturing and shipping stakeholders to ensure efficient Warehouse Department operations
- As needed, assist with various office tasks and responsibilities, supporting smooth daily operations across different departments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a technology or robotics industry.
- Packing Dangerous Goods and Pallet Jack experience is a must
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, thinking outside the box.
- Familiarity with robotic components and hardware (preferred but not required).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, or working on feet for extended periods.
