About the Role
East 57th Street Partners is conducting a search on behalf of a distinguished client for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a critical leadership role for a strategic operator capable of scaling businesses, aligning stakeholders, and driving operational excellence across the enterprise.
Position Summary
The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the organization while ensuring strong operational performance and a results-oriented culture. This leader will work closely with the Board of Directors and executive team to align short-term performance with long-term growth objectives, while upholding the company’s core values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure execution against key performance goals and financial targets.
- Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team and company culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board, ensuring transparency and regular reporting on financial and operational progress.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Uphold compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
- Represent the company externally to investors, partners, customers, and the broader business community.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in a dynamic, high-growth company—preferably within a private equity-backed or complex organization.
- Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to lead through change and scale operations.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, strategic planning, and operational metrics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
