Position Summary
The Associate Graphic Designer is a creative and detail-driven professional responsible for designing visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials that elevate the women’s category at Kith. This role plays a key part in shaping the visual storytelling of the brand, creating assets for social media, private event collateral for both digital / print, and assisting the Sr. Designer
in other areas of the marketing & content team.
Working closely with the women’s marketing team, VPs, Senior Designer, the Graphic Designer ensures all designs align with the brand’s aesthetic, resonate with the target audience, and support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate combines a strong design sensibility with a passion for fashion and marketing, bringing fresh ideas and a polished execution to every project.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials for the women’s category, including campaign visuals, social media graphics, event flyers, dinner menus / place cards, and in-store signage.
- Design layouts for look books, catalogs, and editorial content, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity.
- Produce digital and print-ready files, adhering to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Uphold the brand’s visual identity by designing assets that reflect its tone, style, and messaging.
- Collaborate with the women’s marketing team to understand seasonal themes and incorporate them into creative outputs.
- Ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive visual presence.
- Work closely with art directors and photographers to translate photoshoot imagery into marketing materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, social media, and retail, to provide design assets tailored to specific needs.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry innovations, and competitor campaigns to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the brand.
- Explore new design techniques and tools to enhance creative output and efficiency.
Special Projects/Tasks
- Assist Senior Designer in areas of the business outside of Kith Women’s.
- Help Kinnect with certain social posts & marketing collateral.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1–3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, with a focus on fashion or lifestyle branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills, with an eye for detail and composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously & with a team.
- Familiarity with social media trends.
