In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive, high-level support to our CEO and senior leadership team by keeping priorities aligned, communication flowing, and operations on track. You'll also be responsible for the day-to-day management of our corporate office in Dallas, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Senior Leadership Support
- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for leadership meetings.
- Handle confidential information and communications with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist with special projects, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Office Management
- Serve as the primary front desk receptionist at our Dallas headquarters.
- Create a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and correspondence.
- Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors for office services and maintenance.
- Assist with office relocations and space planning when needed.
- Support general administrative needs across departments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in executive support, office management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with calendar management across multiple executives
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
