DonorConnect is seeking a full-time
Supply Chain Manager. The Manager, Supply Chain oversees the management of the clinical supply program and fleet vehicles including the supervision, management and training of new team members and daily department operations. This role oversees the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution and ensures the seamless flow of materials, supplies and maintenance to support operations while optimizing costs and improving efficiency. They understand DonorConnect's processes and workflows and utilize that knowledge to implement supply chain efficiency solutions and ensure the needs of the organization are met. This role designs, develops, and implements critical initiatives and projects that will contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization, gaining support of the team and stakeholders to meet these goals.

Training/Education/Certification
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare/Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- CMRP, CSCP, CPSM or APICS certification, or other healthcare supply chain certifications (preferred)
- Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience (preferred)
Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing and supply chain management required.
- Proficiency in inventory management principles, including procurement activities, demand forecasting, stock level optimization, and inventory turnover management.
- Experience leading a team (preferred)
- Experience working in a regulated environment (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
- Experience working with GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations) (preferred)
- Familiarity with vendor management, transportation, and warehousing.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.
- Experience in ERP systems, Excel, and supply chain software.

- Ability to think critically and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to move up to 40 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Salary: $89560.06 - $111920.21 per year
