About the Position
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the user experience of the Resonate Ignite Platform and support the design of prototypes for our evolving data enrichment products. You'll play a critical role in translating complex data insights into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that empower marketers to make data-driven decisions with ease.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging insights to enhance product design.
- Translate industry and user research insights into actionable design decisions that improve the overall product experience
- Own mapping and optimizing user flows for crucial touchpoints in the customer journey
- Design and refine user interfaces for the Resonate Ignite Platform, ensuring usability, scalability, and modern design principles
- Maintain consistency in UI components, interactions, and visuals within the design system
- Lead design activities across the product development lifecycle, from mapping to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create intuitive experiences for complex data products
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging UX best practices, applying them to Resonate's product experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on UX/UI
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered design work for data-heavy or enterprise platforms
- Proficiency in Figma, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience with Figma design systems, components, modes, variables, and tokens.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable UI components
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with user testing, prototyping, and iterative design processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, ambiguous problems, and rapid iterations
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once with a proven track record of hitting deadlines with quality work
