Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic and detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives across all of Kith’s categories including men’s, women’s, kids’, as well as the brand’s multi-brand initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in assisting and delivering social media content, website updates, and marketing assets that align with the brand’s strategy and objectives.
Working closely with creative, product, and event teams, the Marketing Coordinator ensures the seamless execution of social media rollouts, content calendars, and digital storytelling initiatives. This role assists in the development and deployment of marketing assets across platforms, manages website content updates, and supports activations with engaging digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about social media, content creation, and brand storytelling.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Manage content calendars, coordinate asset delivery, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely production and deployment of marketing assets, including imagery, video, and copy.
- Monitor industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or project coordination, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and event planning.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as project management software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
