Job Summary
Pathlock is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software implementation and integration projects for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, as well as with external stakeholders, to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. Your ability to manage scope, timelines, and resources—while proactively mitigating risks and maintaining clear communication—will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and driving long-term value from Pathlock’s GRC and access control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from initial scoping and discovery through post go-live support, following best practices in project management.
- Manage day-to-day project activities and track key deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor project performance and proactively report progress, risks, and roadblocks to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project RACI matrices under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are clearly understood.
- Identify and escalate issues or delays early, working with leadership to determine and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including RAID logs, meeting minutes, change requests, and other relevant records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong communication to minimize uncertainty and build trust.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and documentation for both customers and internal senior management, using standardized templates.
- Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to assign tasks, monitor resource allocation, and provide updates on delegated responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a service-oriented company or IT department of a large organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, long-term projects.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and resolve issues effectively.
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional demeanor in client-facing situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Background in ERP systems, packaged software delivery, or cross-platform system integration.
- Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (e.g., SOX compliance, security, PAM, UAR/UAM) is a strong plus.
