As a Team Trainer at Crisp, you’ll be the face of our in-office client training experiences — facilitating full-day sessions that align law firm teams, unlock growth, and deliver breakthroughs. You’ll lead sessions for entire teams, including law firm executive leadership, helping them solve challenges they’ve faced for months — or even years.

Key responsibilities include:
- Traveling to 8 to 10 different cities every month to lead high-impact trainings for some of the most committed and inspiring law firm teams in the country
- Facilitating full-day, in-person sessions that challenge perspectives, align teams, and create the kind of clarity that moves firms forward faster
- Working with teams that are already invested in their growth and showing up to help them take things to the next level
- Leading conversations that matter with everyone from executive leadership to the front desk and creating a space where real breakthroughs happen
- Selling future trainings by identifying needs in real time and making recommendations that align with the client’s goals
- Debriefing with firm owners and leadership teams at the end of each session to reflect, provide insights, and recommend next steps
- Learning and getting certified in each new training curriculum so you can deliver it like it’s your own
- Documenting session insights and takeaways to share with internal teams so we can better support each client’s long-term success
- Delivering each session with the same high standard and focus — every client, every city, every time
Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a Learning & Development, facilitation, or professional training role with a proven track record of leading impactful, in-person sessions
- Have led trainings or workshops for full teams (not just individuals), ideally including executive leadership teams
- Have experience working in corporate or professional environments where polish, clarity, and presence matter
- Be fully committed to a travel-heavy lifestyle with the ability to travel to 8–10 cities per month for client trainings
- Have a confident, engaging presence with the ability to facilitate conversations that matter and guide teams through real breakthroughs
- Be comfortable navigating strong personalities and managing group dynamics with composure and emotional intelligence
- Have the ability to confidently sell additional trainings in-session by identifying client needs and aligning recommendations with their growth goals
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prepare for and lead full-day trainings solo
- Communicate clearly and professionally both live and in written session documentation
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where excellence is the standard
