What You'll Do
- Lead design initiatives across a broad spectrum of product features, from concept through to launch, in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Create pixel-perfect, user-centered designs for web and mobile that balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct and implement UX processes such as user interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, and feedback loops.
- Develop and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights to optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate regularly with team members in design reviews, working together to refine and enhance our design language and product quality.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with hands-on experience across web and mobile.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Ability to transform complex workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with a focus on empathizing with users to deliver impactful designs.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to bring designs to life with precision.
Nice To Have
- Experience designing for AI, fintech, SaaS, or complex enterprise-level products.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, data-driven design, and building design systems.
- Prior experience in a startup or agile environment.
Hiring Process
We have a very unique and fast hiring process.
Step One: Initial Interview (15 Minutes)

Note: Both of these steps are a required part of the application process.
Step Two: Design Assignment (2 to 4 Hours)
After passing the initial interview screening, you will receive a design assignment, which must be completed within 4 days of receiving it.
Note: This is an unpaid assignment and will not have an impact on our product.
Step Three: In-Person Interview (45 Minutes)
If you pass the design assignment screening, you will be invited to a 45-minute in-person interview at our San Francisco office, scheduled on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
The interview will include 30 minutes for reviewing your assignment and answering technical questions, followed by 15 minutes for general Q&A.
Step Four: Founder 1:1 & Final OfferA 30-minute 1:1 meeting with our founder to discuss your final offer.
