Senior Project Manager supporting our global Head of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Strategy! This is a highly visible role that will be intimately involved in executing one of our most ambitious initiatives, the implementation of Integrated Business Planning processes that will be the backbone of an entirely new operating model. Given the increasing complexity of the global environment Siemens Healthineers competes in, an operating model focused on efficiency, agility, and timely decision making is critical to our success. IBP will provide the framework for that success; this Senior Project Manager role will be instrumental in both implementing that framework and ensuring its ongoing success.
Beyond IBP, this Senior Project Manager will have opportunities to lead dynamic projects spanning across functions, sites around the globe, and different types of initiatives. It may be a manufacturing insourcing project, a strategy assessment for a given function or region, a product design change, or a large capital project; regardless, as a part of the CLS IBP&PMO team, this role will help influence the success of CLS and DX. Responsibilities
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the IBP process as part of a team responsible for facilitating effective and timely decision making, including:
- Scenario modeling on both a strategic and tactical level, leveraging data-driven analyses to make recommendations on key business decisions
- Engage with functions across the business to gather and consolidate relevant information needed to build robust scenarios
- Preparing compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Leading strategic projects and supporting the PMO by:
- Defining scope and magnitude of projects across the business to enable resource prioritization decisions
- Establishing business cases, aligning project targets with business goals/strategy
- Assessing and securing budget and resources necessary to be successful
- Leading project teams, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on-time and within budget, while achieving expected quality
- Escalating issues in a timely manner to ensure expedited resolution
- Implementing necessary contingency and mitigation plans
- Conducting proactive business and project risk assessments
- Ensuring cross-functional collaboration and cooperation
- Ensuring appropriate project documentation
- Ensuring compliance to standards, laws and regulations

Required skills, education, and experience that will enable you to succeed in this role:
- BS/BA in a related discipline
- 8-10 years of experience managing complex projects or business processes, ideally with cross-site, cross-functional, or international aspects
- Demonstrates leadership and collaboration, with strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills in order to effectively present ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Negotiation and influence management skills
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and draw meaningful conclusions from data
- Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and act as a change agent
- Proficiency with MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and experience working with varying data sources
- Willing to travel up to 25% if necessary and appropriate, including internationally
Preferred Skills, Education, And Experience
- MBA
- PM certification
- Experience working in a regulated / FDA environment
- Prior roles in management consulting or finance
- Prior experience working in a large, matrixed organization
The pay range for this position is $119,000-$179,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
