We’re hiring a Vice President to take ownership of business expansion, customer and vendor management, and operational efficiency in the tire manufacturing and raw material recovery industry. This is a high-impact leadership role with the autonomy to scale a division within a rapidly growing company focused on sustainable material solutions.
📍 Location: Remote, with travel as needed to New York.

As a key leader in the organization, you’ll:
▪️ Own business growth by defining budgets, sales targets, and customer acquisition strategies in the tire recycling sector.
▪️ Expand client and vendor relationships with tire manufacturers, processors, and recyclers to increase revenue.
▪️ Develop and lead a team, managing warehouse staff, account managers, and logistics operations.
▪️ Drive material procurement & sales, focusing on end-of-life tires, rubber scrap, and manufacturing byproducts.
▪️ Enhance sustainability solutions, leveraging circular economy strategies to repurpose and recycle tire-derived materials.
What You Bring?
▪️ Proven leadership experience in waste management, or material recovery solutions from manufacturers.
▪️ Strong B2B sales & business development skills, with a track record of revenue growth.
▪️ Expertise in raw manufacturing materials, waste streams, and vendor negotiations.
▪️ Familiarity with trucking, warehousing, and logistics.
▪️ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
