Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of CRM campaigns, including email and SMS, from briefing to deployment with the support of CRM agency.
- Work with our freelance Copywriter to develop content concepts for CRM communications.
- Maintain and optimize the customer contact capture and generation strategy to support list growth and customer engagement with the support of CRM agency.
- Optimize engagement and performance for both campaign and lifestyle CRM strategy through iterative testing and targeted segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with overarching business goals.
- Maintain the balance of the email and SMS campaign marketing calendar with lifecycle launches and enhancements, ensuring the investments of resources mirror the impact of the work.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance against channel and business goals, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- As needed, support briefing site content updates, ensuring CRM content, linking strategies, and the overall experience are aligned.
- Support in the re-launch of our Loyalty and Subscription programs, helping to develop and execute strategy for these key retention areas.
- Quantitative CRM KPIs to be agreed upon with the manager.
- Implementation of new lifecycle flows.
- 2+ Tests per month.
- Improve lifecycle revenue contribution.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably at a DTC brand (beauty/ fashion brands is a plus).
- Must have deep experience with email and SMS platforms – Klaviyo and Attentive are strongly preferred. Experience with Shopify is encouraged but not required.
- Analytical with strong familiarity/understanding of retention performance metrics.
- Proven experience in segmentation, A/B testing methodology, and ability to cull out actionable insights from various data sets & sources.
- Strong project management skills and unparalleled attention to detail with a proven track record in leading multiple projects successfully across various teams.
- Positive, highly motivated self-starter & team-player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
