Position Summary/Objective
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for leading and optimizing the organization's data management & supply chain optimization efforts. The Supply Chain Analyst supports and consults with numerous groups and departments throughout Ethos and will work closely Finance, Cultivation, Compliance, and/or Legal. The Supply Chain Analyst will manage the creation, implementation, and maintenance of master data and will manage data governance and ensure data integrity by leading data management efforts across the organization. We are building a strong ethical and team-oriented culture at Ethos Cannabis and are looking for this position to help lead and implement this vision.
The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and will be given responsibility over the data management of our business, resulting in a best-in-class and innovative cannabis experience. Previous cannabis experience is a plus but not required; however, all candidates should have some familiarity and comfortability with cannabis.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze supply chain data from various internal and external sources, including POS and seed-to-sale systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track supply chain performance, demand forecasting, and inventory levels.
- Identify trends, procurement, and inventory flow to advise on potential opportunities.
- Work closely with operations, finance, wholesale, marketing, and retail teams.
Forecasting & Optimization
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overages.
- Support SKU rationalization efforts by analyzing sales velocity, production costs, and market demand.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Collaborate with IT and business intelligence teams to support data collection, visualization, and automation tools.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Assist in monitoring and reporting key metrics related to regulatory compliance and product traceability.
- Support compliance and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of cannabis products across the supply chain.
Support of Retail Operations
- Analyze sales data from retail locations to optimize product assortment, replenishment strategies, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with retail teams to ensure product availability, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
Qualifications Education
- College degree strongly preferred
Work Experience
- 1-3 years of Supply Chain, Data Management and Analysis experience
- Work history that demonstrates stability, progressive responsibility, and willingness to accept new duties.

Other Requirements
- Extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching is possible
- Must pass stringent state background test requirements
Compensation
This position is classified as Exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.
