Position Description
You’re a UX expert and a natural leader. You’re just as comfortable debating technical decisions with engineers as you are creating pixels and UX flows. You have a strong yet respectful presence in product and engineering discussions and speak up when something needs to be said. You’re a team player who works across boundaries to get things done.
Your Role: UX Designer
- Translate user stories and user journeys into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Design and prototype user interfaces with a focus on high quality and scalability
- Implement design systems in Figma
- Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, impactful, cross-functional team
- Work directly with clients to review UX prototypes
- Conduct user interviews
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Skills Summary
- A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn and try again.
- Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through developer hand-off
- Ability to communicate with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software features and technical designs.
- You are interested in modern UX practices
- You have a good understanding of software best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
