Position Details As a Recruiting Coordinator, you play a pivotal part of our recruitment process as you will be the orchestrator of candidate experiences, ensuring seamless coordination and communication from initial contact to onboarding. You will assist the Recruiting Team with identifying and hiring talented individuals to work at our 56+ apartment communities located across nine states. In this support role, you will create excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences while performing administrative tasks related to the recruiting and hiring processes. To achieve excellence, you need to be a highly organized administrator with strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with a lot of people as you keep candidates and managers informed at every stage in the process. Your interactions will help paint a compelling picture of IMT as an employer of choice to draw people to us for their next career opportunity, and generate excitement about IMT at every touchpoint. Responsibilities: Post and advertise job openings on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and the company's website, ensuring maximum visibility to potential candidates. Maintain information in iCIMS applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy. Order background screenings through Checkr and facilitate I-9s through Tracker. Guide candidates through the process of interviewing, background screening, and preparing for their start. Support Hiring Managers by scheduling interviews, ensuring that the process is being followed, documentation is received, and preparing for a new associate’s start. Audit employment applications and hiring documents. Assist Recruiters with reviewing resumes for all positions. Assist with onboarding corporate new hires in the office. Process associate referral bonuses. Assist with managing the check-in and exit survey programs. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Provide a memorable experience for each candidate from the initial application process leading up to the start date. Create and publish the monthly associate Spotlight updates on the company intranet. Perform various administrative tasks such as managing recruitment-related documents, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing invoices. Assist with additional projects, reports, and file updates, as needed. Please apply if you have: Administrative, recruiting, customer service, and/or property management experience.
