Duties
This is exactly what we are looking for in our Appointment Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while booking appointments for our well respected, busy Service Department. DUTIES The duties of the Appointment Coordinator:
- Receives inbound client calls for service related issues
- Facilitates specific appointment for the service advisors
- Dispatches MBSL Roadside Assistance/Tow Service
- Perform outbound service campaign calls
- Follows detailed scripts for inbound and outbound calling
- Confirms all scheduled appointments
- Follows up on 100% of "no show" client appointments
- Maintains high level of service
- Understands and implements Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land's Client Care Service Processes
- Attend weekly department meeting
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS Not only does this positon require impeccable people skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude, we are also looking for the following:
- High School or GED or one to two years related experience and/or one to two years related experience or training
- Call Center experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Desire to gain product knowledge along with knowledge of the Service Department
- Administrative support experience
- Computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs
