Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with the executive team to co-develop and execute the company’s AI-driven roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Design and implement data pipelines, predictive models, and prototypes that showcase our proprietary technology.
Develop technical dashboards or demos to communicate project progress and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management
- Translate high-level objectives into detailed plans, coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet project milestones on time.
- Maintain clear, consistent reporting and documentation to track progress and ensure transparency.
Research & Development
Stay current with the latest AI/ML innovations and integrate relevant methods or tools into our technology stack.
Conduct experiments to validate new approaches, analyzing results for continuous iteration and improvement.
QualificationsEducational Background:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Proven industry experience in AI/ML, ideally in fast-growing tech startups or prominent tech hubs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable technical solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Experience in biotech, computational chemistry, protein science, or AI-driven drug discovery is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and methods for presenting complex results clearly.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
