With a rapidly expanding presence in high-end department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Bergdorf Goodman, and Nordstrom, high-end boutiques, and exclusive retail spaces, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Retail Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s growth, elevate our retail partnerships, and create immersive, high-impact marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to luxury retail partners, ensuring brand alignment and maximizing consumer engagement.
- Retail Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at luxury department stores to secure prime marketing opportunities and exclusive collaborations.
- In-Store Activations & Events: Conceptualize and execute high-impact in-store activations, VIP client events, and experiential marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
- Digital & Omni-Channel Integration: Work closely with retail partners and the brand community manager to optimize digital marketing, e-commerce collaborations, and social media campaigns to support in-store performance and brand awareness.
- Product Launches: Lead marketing efforts for new product launches within luxury retailers, ensuring impactful storytelling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, sales data, and customer insights to optimize future strategies and drive ROI.
- Training & Brand Ambassadorship: Partner with sales teams and beauty advisors to ensure a strong understanding of brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the beauty and fragrance industry, preferably within luxury brands.
- Proven track record working with major U.S. luxury department stores (Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, etc.).
- Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics, shopper behavior, and premium customer experiences.
- Expertise in retail marketing, brand partnerships, in-store activations, and event planning.
- Experience with omnichannel marketing, including digital, social media, and CRM strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Passion for luxury beauty, fragrance, and premium retail experiences.
