Salary: $19 to $26 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across various platforms and systems. Your work will support our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations and enhance our data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in databases and systems.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct them as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Prepare and generate reports based on the collected data for internal use.
- Assist in data migration activities and ensure smooth transitions between systems.
Qualities We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as data management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
