We are looking for an organized and motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing and sales initiatives, supporting business development efforts, and helping drive the company’s growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support marketing and sales campaigns and initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Manage sales leads and support the sales team in closing deals
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, and presentations
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
- Prepare and manage reports for the marketing and sales teams
- Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
