Administrative Support & Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets to support office and inventory functions.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general accounting tasks.
- Organize and maintain office and storage areas for efficiency.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and support event planning.
- Communicate directly and effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Support sales representatives in organizing materials, processing requests, and ensuring timely responses to client needs.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and responses to inquiries, helping to maintain strong business relationships.
- Travel as needed during audit periods to support compliance and inventory verification.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with purchase order processing and data management is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- General accounting knowledge preferred.
- Flexibility to travel as needed during audit periods or throughout the day in the KC Metro area as needed.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
