Job Summary
The Retail Support Analyst – Jewelry will be the main point of contact for our salons worldwide, assisting them with any special requests and pricing quotations. The analyst will support the retail teams in achieving sales from stock not readily available in the current assortment. Further, the analyst will assist in various ad hoc projects. In order to make this possible he/she will build strong relationships with a number of departments internally and maintain a high level of accuracy while managing different projects simultaneously.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Coordinating all special-order requests for the global network; liaising between the salons and Product Development/Supply Management/Sourcing teams, among others
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish, as well as managing expectations, tracking deadlines, and providing clear and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Pricing unique and high jewelry items produced for stock and client orders
- Providing estimates to retail network
- Ad hoc analyses and projects as directed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2-4 years allocations/merchandising experience
- Luxury retail and or Jewelry experience a plus
- Ability to negotiate with and influence peers and members of a cross functional team
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across intercompany teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have strong technical skills; specifically with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills, adaptability/flexibility and initiative
