The Dean is responsible for the delivery of educational programs and services through:
- Oversee the academic programs and curriculum development for the Jacksonville campus
- Hiring and training faculty/academic staff
- Manage and support a faculty team of 50+ members, promoting professional development and academic integrity.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and programmatic accreditation standards, with a focus on SACSOC accreditation.
- Collaborate with other academic leaders to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve academic programs and faculty performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the academic community.
Qualifications:
- The Dean must have a minimum of a master's degree with previous academic experience and management experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an Academic Dean role or similar leadership position
