Phillips Foods is currently seeking to hire a customer service professional to work in our corporate office in Halethorpe, MD.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for buyers, handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to maintain high customer satisfaction and support business growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
- Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is desired, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
