What You’ll Do:

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping operations.
Ensure accuracy, productivity, and efficiency in daily warehouse functions.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements.

Team Leadership & Supervision

Assign work schedules and direct daily warehouse activities.
Lead, train, and provide performance feedback to team members.
Work alongside the team, assisting in warehouse tasks when needed.

Process Improvement & Reporting

Monitor warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare daily reports on productivity, shipping, and warehouse performance.
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Associates degree or 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead role in warehousing or distribution

✅ Inventory Management Experience Is Required

✅ Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)

✅ Strong leadership & problem-solving skills—able to delegate tasks, make decisions, and resolve issues effectively

✅ Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

✅ Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment with fluctuating workloads

✅ Excellent attention to detail & quality control

✅ Punctuality & reliability—consistent attendance is a must

What Success Looks Like:

Within 3-6 months, you will:

Have a strong understanding of Boxzooka’s warehouse operations & team structure.
Successfully manage day-to-day warehouse activities & team performance.
Ensure inventory is accurate, shipments are on time, and workflow is optimized.

By 12 months, you will:

Take full ownership of a warehouse department (inbound, outbound, or inventory control).
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow within the company.
