About the Role:As our UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of Dapper Rx. From wireframing and prototyping to user testing and final designs, you’ll ensure our platform delivers a seamless and user-friendly experience for patients and physicians alike.
What You’ll Do:✅ Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for the Dapper Rx website and mobile application
✅ Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer pain points and optimize the experience
✅ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
✅ Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
✅ Ensure a consistent, accessible, and engaging design system across all digital touchpoints
✅ Use data-driven insights and best UX/UI practices to enhance engagement and conversion rates
Who You Are:✔️ 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthtech, e-commerce, or SaaS
✔️ Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
✔️ Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs
✔️ Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
✔️ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (a plus but not required)
✔️ Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring an intuitive user experience
✔️ Passionate about designing solutions that make healthcare more accessible, engaging, and efficient
