Introduction
We’re working with a dynamic team that’s revolutionizing the way AI integrates into everyday workflows. Their aim is to replace complex SaaS stacks with autonomous AI “employees” that tackle routine tasks in sales and beyond. They’re currently searching for an AI/ML Engineer to help craft these AI agents and lead the transition away from traditional software toward truly autonomous solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Agentic Product Innovation: Experiment with new techniques in prompt engineering and fine-tuning to build fully autonomous AI solutions.
- Feature Development: Design and implement AI-driven interfaces that communicate on behalf of users, including advanced chat-based functionalities.
- Third-Party Integrations: Develop robust systems to connect AI models with external tools, ensuring seamless real-world applications.
- Cutting-Edge Research: Stay current with advancements in LLMs and machine learning, keeping the product at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaboration & Scalability: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI architectures and adhere to best practices in distributed systems.
Does This Sound Like You?
- ML/AI Experience: 3-4+ years in AI/ML engineering, especially with LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
- Tool Mastery: Hands-on familiarity with frameworks like Langsmith or Langchain, plus MLOps tools such as MLflow.
- Coding Chops: Strong background in Python and containerization (e.g., Docker), along with proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- System Design: A solid grasp of distributed systems and software engineering fundamentals.
- Great Communicator: Able to articulate complex technical ideas to varied audiences.
