We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to provide essential administrative support and help streamline our office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general clerical responsibilities such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
- Prepare and distribute various forms of communication, including reports, memos, and emails
- Assist the finance department by processing invoices and expense reports
- Coordinate office events and activities to create a positive workplace atmosphere
- Maintain organized and up-to-date office documentation and records
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Office Administration or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant position is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of office procedures and best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
