Essential skills include excellent work ethic, excellent writing/phone skills, the ability to assimilate information and handle a fast paced environment with maturity. Interest/experience in media, news, and story telling is a plus.
Daily tasks include handling a high volume of meetings and appointments, research for executive team, production coordination, scheduling and calendar management, processing expenses, preparation of presentations, and office administration.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. You should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Qualifications

- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
