Swiftlane is a VC funded company that provides state of the art face recognition access & video intercom systems for multi-tenant apartment and commercial buildings.
Summary
This is a full time role onsite at our San Francisco Downtown office. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be managing anywhere between 50-75 video intercom & access rollouts to new buildings across the country. In order to be successful in this role and this company you must be highly motivated, organized, and have great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Organization:
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for Swiftlane installations and customer onboarding.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to ensure timely completion.
Team Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, stakeholders, and external partners and clients.
- Facilitate collaboration among team members to address challenges and meet project goals.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports for stakeholders and management.
- Track and manage project expenses and resource allocations.
Problem Solving:
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
Support Project Delivery:
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Assist in post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination or a similar role. If no work experience, we are looking for someone who has done project coordination, event planning, involvement in clubs while in college.
