Bitarchitects is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistantto join our team on a part-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 0 to 1 year of experience in administrative or office work, and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and printing.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team calendars.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and memos.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
- Support procurement and inventory management for office supplies.
- Assist with the preparation of client and project documents.
- Provide general support to the team and contribute to office organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in administrative or office work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Arrangement:
- This is an on-site, part-time role, Monday through Friday.
